The Holiday Party was well-attended. The entrees were ham (prepared by Terri) and Prime Rib (cooked by Bernard). There was an amazing array of delicious side dishes. The tables were decorated with juniper donated by Laurel and tablecloths stamped with cactus designs. The centerpieces were Christmas mugs planted with cacti and succulents. These were made by Phyllis and everyone got to take one home.

Award plants were given to the top Mini Show point winners. Braulio won the prize for best grower for our 2023 Plant of the Year (Aylostera vulpina). The 2024 Plant of the Year (Haworthia emelyae var. major) was distributed. Thanks to everyone who helped set up and clean up afterwards. It was a festive ending to our club’s 51st year!
